At my old age, I would not have been able to climb a ladder and replace that light but 10 years ago I would've done so because the cost of having it replaced was astronomical. I don't think that TLC charges any more than most electricians, but it was very expensive.

Had to call them on a Sunday night to address an issue with our meter box. Tech showed promptly and advised what work needed to be done. They showed on time the next morning and replaced our meter box. Had a couple of issues that needed to be resolved after the install and customer service was excellent and issues corrected promptly. Reason for 4 out of 5 stars is I believe their pricing is a little on the high side.

Charlie and Jefferson did a great job for me today in adding two dedicated electrical circuits. I have used TLC Electrical for a number of years for my home and business. They are excellent, very polite, efficient and fairly priced. Charlie thought to add the new dedicated circuit for my Christmas lights to my pool circuit box which allows them to be programmed through my pool app! Super cool!!

We have used TLC Electrical for services at our house many times over the years, and always found them to be honest and trustworthy. We recently had all the outdoor lighting at our house replaced with new LED equipment and are very happy with it.

I was able to get an appointment with TLC Electric quickly. Joe, the electrician that arrived did a great job of addressing the problems and did his best to correct all he could that day. We needed a part that he ordered and he came back and installed a floor plug and plate and installed a bathroom light fixture. The fixture we had purchased was not a good fit and Joe had to carve out wood from a stud in order for it to be flush with the wall. It was a labor intensive undertaking but he got it all to work perfectly. I highly recommend TLC and Joe for your electrical needs

Fast service, friendly technician and office staff! TLC came out to diagnose a pump problem and did a great job with that. We ended up not using them for the repair because the pump they recommended is overpowered for the pool (they recommended a 2.5hp and it’s a 13,000 gallon and only needs a 1.5hp) and a local pool company could install a pump we bought ourselves, saving us $2,000 off the price quoted by TLC.

My pool filter needed to be replaced. I had one pool company come out to replace the filter but did not show up on the scheduled service date. I google searched pool filter replacement and TLC Electrical poped up. I called TLC and scheduled an appointment. Charlie was the technician that showed up and assessed the problem. After he provided a quote, he then told me the filter was on its way! Charlie had completed the job quick and was done in about an hour. Wow, awesome service! Thank you TLC and Charlie for doing a great job!

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from Joe with T.L.C. Electrical. We had an issue with our pool light falling out of its niche on the side of the pool and after several attempts by other pool service outfits to fix it, without success, we called T.LC.Electric. Joe and an assistant came out and assessed the issue. During their assement they found that they were getting small electric shocks when the reached into the pool light niche. Joe advised me of his finding and we discussed repair options for not only the light issue but also the unknown issue of "current leak". Joe stated that he had only seen something like this, two times before in all his experience with pools. He looked at the electrical set up for the pool equipment because he could see that wires at the pool light switch seemed to be coming from that direction and surmized that was where the power was coming from for the switch. He found that the pool equipment wireing was not grounded properly and proposed fixing that might fix the current leak. I approved his recommendation and also asked for a thorough inspection of all the pool electronics. We scheduled the grounding and inspection for the day after next. When Joe arrived that day he said he had done some on-line research into "pool light current leaks" and found several postings describing issues that caused the kind of leak we had. He told me of three issues that he found but said one, improper connection of the grounding wire could be our issue. To make a long story shorter, Joe and his assistant completed the grounding of the pool equipment making a finding that added light to the real issue which was in fact something he had found on line. The ground wire for the pool light was not connected to the box but was instead attached to the other wires in the box with the same wire nut. No wonder there was some current in the light Niche. Most pool equipment installers are not electricians. Joe impressed me with his professionalism, his ability to communicate and explain things, and his dedication to finding out what was actually wrong and fixing it properly, instead of just putting in a new low voltage light that was going to cost close to $4k. We got it fixed PROPERLY for a lot less thanks to Joe! T.L.C.will be the people we call in the future for any electrical work we may need in the future.

Repairs started shortly upon their arrival.They performed all necessary repairs. The home had electricity within four days, l felt so very confident I had contacted the right company. Our situation included a tree limb falling on the house and knocked the electrical box and pole off the house, but they repaired it expediently and cleaned up all of their debris.daily. The electrical provider and the city of Fort Worth inspector arrived within minutes of contacting them. I recommend TLC for all electrical need's and will not hesitate in calling them when needed.

Our flood lights stopped working and initially we could reset a GFCI but that didn’t resolve it. Charlie came out and did exactly what TLC says they do: provide options to address the issue, show transparent pricing, and fix it on the spot. We asked him to run a diagnostic and we concluded that the outlet needed to be replaced. I knew already that we were likely going to need a diagnostic and I was prepared to handle that. If I have any other electrical issues I will be calling TLC again.
