TLC Services Enterprises LLC d/b/a TLC Electrical Services (“TLC Electrical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a text messaging program to customers and prospective customers who provide us with a mobile phone number.
1. Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to TLC Electrical — through a form on our website, over the phone, in person, or on a service agreement — you agree to receive text messages from TLC Electrical at that number. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
2. Types of messages you may receive
Appointment confirmations and reminders; technician dispatch and “on the way” notifications; scheduling changes; estimate and quote follow-ups; invoice, payment, and receipt notifications; service and membership account updates; customer satisfaction requests; and promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal service reminders.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You can expect up to 3 messages per scheduled appointment and no more than 4 promotional messages per month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. TLC Electrical does not charge a fee for these messages. Your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates apply, and charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier.
5. How to opt out
You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and you will receive no further text messages from us. To start receiving messages again, reply START or contact us using the information below.
6. How to get help

7. Supported carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information, mobile opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
